    2019 – Present

    Connecting media, data, digital, commerce, tech, and CRM with strategy and creative to drive omnichannel performance and growth QoQ for Series C and D >$1Bn startups.

    Also helping traditional advertising agencies modernize their service capabilities and creative products.

    2018 – 2019


    Modernized digital and creative for the Western region; oversaw Cisco and Honeywell; gave some keynote speeches to client C-suite on how to deliver effective data driven work.

    Led the global network in hiring women and women of color – as an outcome not a goal. In one year, the ratio went from 16% to 63%.

    2015 – 2018


    Turned a database marketing agency into a badass creative agency. Did lots of digital, data, commerce, design, and content.

    Won a network record 17 Cannes Lions in my 2nd year - the first full year that work was generated under my leadership.

    Oversaw 17 offices in 11 countries across EMEA, LATAM, APAC, and N.A.

  • Deutsch LA
    2011 – 2015


    Built a $20MM experiential business in one year; won VW experiential AOR in my first three months; won Target and grew that business, project by project, until it became the 2nd most profitable client at Deutsch; led 400+ experiences a year; grew revenue YoY for four years.

    Concurrently oversaw its largest account and its oldest account – Sprint and Snapple, respectively – and created award-winning work for Taco Bell.

    During this period of historic growth for the agency, my team and I were responsible for most of Deutsch’s Cannes Lions and awards entries and its first and only Grand Ex.
